Last weekend! I did a million things.. I mean I am always busy but hosting 22 overnight house guests.. cheering my daughter on at a half-day dance competition and hosting a college readiness conference in the morning.. is super busy.. And that was just Saturday… But on Sunday.. I crawled over all the air mattresses in my living room. Scooted to church. And then headed over to the @WholeFoodsFresno #BeautyBrunch!
It was such a nice cap to the weekend.
This week is beauty week at Whole Foods Fresno. While at the brunch I met some incredible Fresno Bloggers! Each patient about health and beauty. It really was a great bunch!
While there I learned so much about the value of being knowledgeable about what ingredients are in your skin care. This is something I really overlooked. I had no idea how many terrible things are in our skin care products! (GASP) And how little the skin care industry is regulated.
