Sharing my favorite butt workouts because we are heading to Jamaica this July and I am soooo excited about it honey! We are staying at an all-inclusive ADULT ONLY resort! And I am making ZERO apologies for the tiny swimsuits that I have packed! hehe
Even though this trip is a once in a lifetime thing for us. The workouts to help me get swimsuit ready are part of my normal routine. So I thought It would be great to share with you my top 4 booty workouts for getting a butt that is worthy of a rap song. Hehe
Butt Workout #1 – Squats
Yup, you can’t go wrong with this classic butt workout. But my number one secret here is that you can’t do air squats. Your body can already bend and lift your own body weight pretty well, and you are still here reading this post about how to get a better butt, so let’s step it up a bit. (And I mean that with love) So if you want to see a change in your butt then you HAVE to add resistance. Pick up anything, a water bottle, a child, a purse, a refrigerator. If you are squatting “the air “you are not doing it right, and Becky will not say anything about your butt EVER!! LOL
Booty Workout #2 – Pilates
I know this one might surprise you, but there are some KILLER butt and thigh pilates workouts. My favorite one is the Winsor pilates buns and thighs. you can find it all over youtube. I have the old school DVD but it burns so good, and you can see good results from this one without even sweating.
Workout #3 – Dead Lifts
For all my nonathletic friends a Deadlift is an exercise where you basically touch your toes with a tiny bend in your knees and stand back up squeezing your butt. The idea is that you activate your hamstring by lengthening it… then squeeze your butt tight to strengthen it when you stand. I do at least 3 sets of 12 of these. The same rule applies here as the squats… add a bit of resistance for real results. You don’t need any fancy equipment either, you can literally hold a gallon of water and get a good burn.
Butt Workout #4 – Donkey Kicks
Donkey kicks are just like they sound. You get on all fours and kick your leg up one at a time like a donkey. I love to do these with ankle weights, or with a water bottle tucked in between my knee and hamstring. I like to do 3 sets of 12 of these too.

I do all of these workouts at least twice a week. And even if another workout doesn’t call for these exercises I throw them in any way. I hope you try these butt workouts because they are definitely a butt workout that will get Becky talking!
