The last weekend in January, I went on a girl’s trip to San Francisco to celebrate one of my good friend’s birthday. The plan was to go wine tasting and spend a weekend in San Francisco.
I am not a wine drinker so I was super nervous about an entire trip centered around an activity that I don’t really
If you are not a regular wine drinker like me, let me assure you that there is lots to do at a winery. Yes, you can drink wine, but you can also eat ice cream, enjoy cheeses, and just relax and enjoy the views.
We went to four wineries total and I really enjoyed 3 of the 4 which I will include photos of. The cool thing about going wine tasting is that you can explore different flavors with completely low risk and if you pace yourself, you won’t get drunk either. (If you are not into that sort of thing, because I am not) LOL😂
Winery Number one Jacuzzi Family Vineyards
I bought my first real bottle of wine here at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. It was a light, and lightly bubbly Presecco. I loved it! The Winery described it like this.
Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is marked by apple, yellow peach and pineapple flavors, the nose is characterized by a perfume of yellow flowers and just-mowed hay. The palate is full, fresh and intense with a lingering finish.

Viansa Sonoma
Another gorgeous winery!
This winery had incredible views and Ice cream among other treats in it’s tasting room. I also loved how many private hang out spaces there were. If you are looking for a more private getaway with incredible views this is a great option!
Kieu Hoang Winery
Kieu Hoang Winery was a gorgeous modern winery with A-MAZING VIEWS! To me, it was a winery for the millennial wine drinker. It had a gorgeous modern feel inside and out. And many people lounged as they tasted wine in these gorgeous outdoor tasting areas.
Thanks so much for following along on my journey! All the best!
